SpeechDesk provides a platform for speech therapists to manage clients, sessions, homework, and communication with parents. We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of technical issues.
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Do not share access to your account with third parties. Report any suspicious activity immediately.
Subscriptions are paid in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy (14-day trial period).
You are responsible for all information you enter into the system. Ensure you have parental consent to process clients' data in accordance with Ukrainian law.
Prohibited: using the platform for illegal activities, attempting to hack the system, distributing malicious software, violating the rights of other users.
All rights to the SpeechDesk platform belong to us. You receive a limited license to use the service for professional activities.
We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, data loss, or technical problems.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance of new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or illegal activity.
